Not many people know what Infrabel stands for. Therefore it has been difficult for them to recruit competent and motivated candidates, whether technicians or engineers. SIGN’s challenge was to develop a strong employer branding to support their recruitment campaigns all over Belgium. The key insight behind the creative concept was that only a company with a strong personality, a sense of belonging and forward looking societal commitment would reach its objectives in a strongly competitive environment.
